Petrosyan Discusses Size and Scope of Bonuses for HETC Employees
As of today, around 3,700 employees of HETC have received a supplementary flat-rate bonus for the month of March, each amounting to 30,000 AMD (including taxes). This was announced by the temporary manager of HETC, Romanos Petrosyan, on his Facebook page.
“During the previous eight months of the temporary management of HETC, supplementary bonuses were granted to 1,500 to 1,800 employees per month who had a gross remuneration threshold of up to 200,000 AMD (including taxes), with the bonus amount set at 20,000 AMD (including taxes). Starting from March, the actual increase in our employees' remuneration threshold will apply to all employees of HETC with a gross remuneration threshold of up to 250,000 AMD (including taxes), regardless of professional and service positions and performance indicators, and the limit for supplementary bonuses has been established at 30,000 AMD (including taxes).
This reform, affecting nearly 50% of HETC employees, has resulted in actual salary increases ranging from 12% to 25%. The financial resources necessary for implementing such a decision have been generated in the salary fund both due to the voluntary renouncements of bonuses by the senior management and branch directors of HETC, and through the prevention and elimination of inflated expenditures in other areas.
I would like to express my gratitude to all conscientious, honest, and state-centered employees of HETC. HETC serves our people,” he noted.
