Iran Presents New Negotiation Framework to the United States
Iran has presented a three-phase negotiation framework to the American side through intermediaries, according to a Lebanese publication.
The first phase of the negotiations focuses on ensuring a complete cessation of hostilities and guarantees to prevent re-escalation against Iran and Lebanon.
If an agreement is reached in the first phase, the parties will move on to the second phase, which will address the management and control of the Strait of Hormuz.
The third phase is related to the nuclear issue; however, Iran will never discuss the nuclear matter until an agreement is reached on the previous two phases.
