Incident Not Related to Driver or Payment System: Yerevan Bus LLC

Yerevan Bus LLC has responded to a post by Sona Aghekyan, a member of the Mother Armenia alliance. In response to the Facebook post titled "On April 26, 2026, the bus driver attacked a minor demanding fare payment" along with an attached video, the company states:

The incident occurred between two passengers when a child, likely suffering from health issues, made irregular movements, including reaching out towards another young child. This frightened the latter, leading to a scream, after which the other passenger, who was with a parent or guardian, exited the bus. The video was taken at that moment, and the driver can be seen sitting quietly in the footage.

This incident is absolutely unrelated to the public transport driver or the payment system. Therefore, we urge everyone to refrain from unnecessary speculation regarding Yerevan Bus LLC and its drivers. We also call on the user to remove the post that is completely disconnected from reality.
