A mass brawl broke out during a boxing tournament in the city of Trabzon, Turkey, involving spectators as well. Local athlete Emirhan Kalkancı faced off against Russian contender Sergey Gorokhov for the UBO world championship title. In the third round of the match, a dispute arose between the boxers, which quickly escalated into a significant fight that drew in those present.
