Member of the "Civil Contract" faction, Karen Sarukhanyan, has stated: "Representatives of the Triumvirate Party of War struggle to find their place in Republic Square during the concert organized on the occasion of Citizen’s Day, targeting and insulting citizens who celebrate and enjoy this important day in accordance with their style, on Amiryan Street and in the Republic Square.

They still do not understand that for the past 8 years, it is the Citizen of the Republic of Armenia who is the owner and master of our state, the Citizen of the Republic of Armenia who makes decisions in our country, and the Citizen of the Republic of Armenia who forms the authorities through free elections.

They still do not realize that they have no connection with the Citizen of the Republic of Armenia," wrote Karen Sarukhanyan.
