US New Plans Towards Russia

The US is not planning to extend the temporary exemption for Russian oil and petroleum products from American sanctions. This was stated by US Treasury Secretary Scott Smith in an interview with AP agency.

According to him, extending the exemptions for Iranian crude is also out of the question. Based on the Treasury Secretary’s forecasts, due to the impossibility of sales, Iran will have to start cutting production in the next two to three days.
