VIDEO: The Artsakh Issue Reached a Point of No Return, Says Pashinyan
The Artsakh issue had reached a point of no return, and the entire previous period since 1994 had only been about delaying war under various pretexts, particularly delaying the active phase of the war, as the war has never been postponed in any year. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a conversation with reporters.
“In our perception, there was a state of ‘neither war nor peace,’ but we didn’t have that. We had war, with varying intensity. The fact that the escalation of war could no longer be postponed was announced by Serzh Sargsyan himself in April 2018, from the podium of the National Assembly,” the Prime Minister stated.
