Where Possible, Aside from Moscow: Sibiga

The Ukrainian side approves of a meeting between the leaders of countries and has already reached out to specific capitals. According to Sibiga, head of Ukraine's foreign policy agency, they are ready to meet anywhere that is possible, except in Moscow and Minsk.

"We have asked the Turks about this, and we have also reached out to several other capitals. We have made a specific request to Turkey. However, if another capital, aside from Moscow and Belarus, organizes such a meeting, we will go. It is important for us," the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
