Gor Sahakyan Wins Silver Medal at European Championship

Armenia has won another medal at the European Championship taking place in Batumi, Georgia. In the 71 kg weight category, Armenian men's team member and two-time European champion Gor Sahakyan lifted 146 kg and 150 kg in the snatch event, finishing first in this discipline.

In the clean and jerk, Gor Sahakyan lifted 180 kg, securing third place. With a combined total of 330 kg in the overall lift, Gor Sahakyan became the silver medalist of the European Championship.
