Iran Accuses the US of 'Piracy'

The representative of Iran's Armed Forces Central Headquarters, 'Khatam al-Anbia', has stated that the United States has violated the ceasefire regime by engaging in 'maritime piracy'.

It has been reported that the American side fired upon an Iranian commercial vessel in the waters of the Gulf of Oman, disabling its navigation system. American military personnel also boarded the vessel.

The statement emphasizes that Iran's armed forces will soon respond to this act of 'maritime banditry and armed operation' carried out by the American military.
