I Am Ready to Take a Mental Health Test: Kocharyan

I am ready to take a mental health test. This statement was made by Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the "Armenia" alliance and the second president of Armenia, during a pre-election campaign rally in Vanadzor, in response to a question from a citizen.

“I do not know what the willingness of others is, but I fully accept that this is indeed a problem. There are also people for whom it is borderline. Sometimes it swings one way, sometimes the other. 'It takes you away, brings you back,'” Kocharyan stated.
