VIDEO: 14 Members of ‘Strong Armenia’ Arrested, Charges Filed Against Two

New details have emerged regarding the arrests of members of the ‘Strong Armenia’ party. Two of them have been charged with giving electoral bribes and violating the prohibition on charity.

Lawyer Vahan Hovhannisyan stated in a conversation with journalists that the funds were provided as salaries within the framework of a non-governmental organization prior to the party's registration.

The Anti-Corruption Committee of Armenia has informed media that a total of 14 individuals have been arrested on charges of giving and receiving electoral bribes as part of the ongoing criminal investigation. More in the video.
