VIDEO: Regions Empty Out as Yerevan Explodes, Says Edmon Marukyan

“When the regions are emptying out, and Yerevan is exploding: the real cost of mismanagement,” wrote the leader of the LHK, Edmon Marukyan, alongside a video posted on his Telegram channel.

“Avinyan has tried to explain the city's traffic jams by saying that drivers pass through the yellow light and get stuck in the middle of intersections. He does not connect the problem to the chaotic distribution of construction permits or the inability to regulate traffic at intersections… Honestly, how long can people be deceived? The problem is that this government is incapable of any useful action and only thinks about making money,” Marukyan wrote.
