Brothers Involved in Murder in Mrgashen Arrested: Investigative Committee
Brothers involved in a murder that occurred in Mrgashen on April 13 have been arrested, reported the Investigative Committee.
On April 13, an emergency call was received at the Ministry of Internal Affairs' operational management center, reporting an individual stabbed in the village of Mrgashen, Kotayk Province.
Later, the Investigative Committee announced that during the preliminary investigation initiated regarding the murder case in Mrgashen, a series of investigative and operational-search actions were conducted, revealing that the crime was committed by brothers, one of whom is a minor.
One of the brothers has been charged with public criminal prosecution under Article 155, Part 2, Point 8 of the Criminal Code (murder committed by a group of individuals), while the minor is charged under Article 155, Part 1 (murder). Arrest warrants have been issued for both.
