VIDEO: The Minister of Internal Affairs on Cases of Driving on the Sidewalk

We have basic regulations regarding both mopeds and electric scooters. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sargsyan, during a government Q&A session.

"Driving on the sidewalk is considered a last resort. We have various reports from the patrol service," said the Minister.
