He Has No Right to Claim the Position of President of the National Olympic Committee After Turning 70, Says Harutyunyan

Soon, Gagik Tsarukyan will celebrate his 70th birthday, and he has no right to claim the position of the President of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) after reaching this age, said Arayik Harutyunyan, head of the Prime Minister's Office, while speaking to journalists about their efforts to ensure that Gagik Tsarukyan does not hold the NOC presidency.

"They were trying to conduct elections through certain tricks during this hot electoral and political phase, to once again appoint Gagik Tsarukyan as the NOC president, allowing him to lead the NOC for another four years," stated Arayik Harutyunyan.
