Europe is Preparing a 'Plan B' for NATO: WSJ

Europe is secretly preparing a backup plan for NATO in case Trump withdraws the U.S. from the alliance or reduces support, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The idea is for the alliance to heavily orient itself towards European leadership. This initiative is sometimes referred to as the 'European NATO', allowing the continent to independently ensure its defense.
