Murder in Mrgashen Committed by Brothers: Investigative Committee Provides Details
During the investigation of the murder case that took place in Mrgashen on April 13, it has been revealed that the crime was committed by brothers, one of whom is a minor. This was reported by the Investigative Committee.
"During the investigation, apparent factual data was obtained indicating that on April 13, the brothers, with direct intent to unlawfully deprive A.A. of life, inflicted multiple stab wounds to various parts of his body with sharp cutting-piercing objects, thereby killing him. Public criminal prosecution has been initiated against one of the brothers under Article 155, Part 2, Clause 8 of the Criminal Code (murder committed by a group of individuals), while the minor has been charged under Article 155, Part 1 (murder). Arrest warrants have been issued for both of them," the statement reads.
