Pope Francis Makes New Statement

Pope Francis has declared his intention to raise his voice against war following criticisms from U.S. President Donald Trump directed at him. In an interview with Reuters, Pope Francis stated that he will continue to speak out against war, aiming to promote peace, dialogue, and multilateral connections between states in order to find just solutions to issues.

Born in Chicago, Pope Francis has recently become an active critic of the potential U.S.-Israeli war against Iran. On Saturday, he called for peace and condemned the madness of war.

In response to the Pope’s criticisms regarding both the conflict and the harsh immigration policy adopted by the White House, Donald Trump announced late Sunday that Francis is 'terrible.' In a post on the Truth Social network, the President wrote that Pope Francis is weak on crime and terrible on foreign policy.
