Israel Prepares to Resume Military Operations Against Iran

The Israel Defense Forces are preparing to resume military operations against Iran in light of the failure of negotiations between the U.S. and Iran. According to leading Israeli media, the collapse of the negotiations indicates a possible breakdown of the ceasefire.

The discussions, which took place over two weeks in Islamabad with the mediation of Pakistan, did not yield the expected results. Washington asserts that Tehran has refused to uphold certain 'red lines,' which include halting Iran's nuclear program and ceasing support for terrorist organizations.

Israeli television channels report that the country's political-military leadership is readying for the worst-case scenario. The Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, has instructed the troops to enter a 'state of enhanced preparedness.'

According to the public broadcaster KAN, Israel is interested in resuming military pressure, considering the previous phase to have ended 'prematurely,' without making a significant impact on Iran's missile and nuclear programs.
