Trump Doubts Sincerity of Iranian Representatives

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that Washington is not confident in the sincerity of Iranian representatives during ongoing negotiations. He noted that the American side is dealing with individuals whose statements are difficult to assess for reliability.

Trump made this statement in an interview with the New York Post, emphasizing that the lack of trust in negotiations remains one of the key issues.

Meanwhile, U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vance has indicated that he looks forward to an upcoming meeting with the Iranian delegation, expressing hope that the negotiations will occur in a constructive atmosphere. He made this statement prior to his trip to Pakistan, where meetings with Iranian representatives are scheduled.

Vance added that the U.S. is prepared to cooperate if Tehran demonstrates a genuine approach and real willingness to advance the negotiations.
