Courts Declare Invalid Dismissal Orders for Employees of HEC

The courts of the Republic of Armenia have invalidated the dismissal orders issued by Romanos Petrosyan concerning the employees of the "HEC" LLC. This was reported by the HEC Supervisory Committee.

According to the source, the invalidation of dismissal orders for around thirty employees results in a total amount due for recovery in favor of the employees reaching hundreds of millions of drams.

The Committee also notes that the portion of the salary fund exceeding the tariff compensations, approximately 12 billion drams, has been financed from the personal funds of the "Tashir" Group during the 2016-2025 period.

Furthermore, according to the same source, the company's current salary fund still does not fully comply with the limits set by the tariff compensation and is partially financed by the funds of the "Tashir" Group.
