VIDEO: Arpine Sargsyan on Pedestrians Crossing in Prohibited Areas

Auroranews.am hosted the Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan, who addressed a very important and urgent issue regarding pedestrians crossing in prohibited areas.

“Why aren’t pedestrians who cross the road at unauthorized spots being fined?” radio listeners are asking. The minister noted that they have tens of thousands of records of pedestrians who have been fined for crossing in non-designated areas.
