Luxury Apartment of Alla Pugacheva for Sale in Moscow: What is Its Price?

A luxury apartment belonging to Russian singer Alla Pugacheva has been put up for sale in the Arbat district of Moscow for nearly 5 million dollars. This information has been reported by Russian media, citing sources from the real estate market.

The five-room apartment is located in the Filippovski residential complex and covers approximately 300 square meters. The deal also includes two parking spaces.

Pugacheva acquired the property in 2004 as a gift from her former fiancé Ruslan Baisarov.

Following the onset of military operations in Ukraine, the singer left Russia and moved to Israel with her family. She currently resides with her husband, Maxim Galkin, and their children, who attend a private school in the area.

According to reports, the family frequently travels to various countries, but their primary residence remains in Israel. It has also been noted that the couple holds Israeli passports and citizenship in Cyprus.
