Iran Will Not Engage in Uranium Enrichment, Trump Says
U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that Washington intends to establish close cooperation with Iran and that negotiations regarding the easing of tariffs and sanctions are already underway. He made this statement on the Truth Social platform.
According to Trump, the parties are discussing several agreements, some of which have already been reached. He also noted that the political changes in Iran have been effective, according to U.S. assessments.
The President emphasized that Iran will not engage in uranium enrichment, and the U.S. is prepared to collaborate towards the elimination of "nuclear materials" that, he claims, are present deep within the country's territory. He also mentioned that this area is continuously monitored via satellite observations.
Trump added that there have been no changes in the situation following military operations and that dialogue continues with the aim of reducing economic restrictions.
