“Have you caught the virus from Nikol Pashinyan? What are you talking about, you end up reaching the eating part,” responded Gegham Manukyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, to the speeches of the ruling party's lawmakers, opposing the planned changes in the Electoral Code.

“This is somewhat similar to the jury at a running competition deciding to change the rules and saying that bald people cannot run, only those with hair can run. The ruling power is changing the rules of the game two months before the elections...there is no boundary for you, you can do this,” Manukyan said.
