“Why does your strong oligarch never speak for himself? You all have fallen into the media, social networks, saying ‘the uncle is strong, the father is strong, he’s coming, look at what he’s doing’,” said Ruben Rubinyan, the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, in a video posted on his Facebook page.

“So why doesn’t your strong one speak for himself? The Investigative Committee probably announced about eight times that there are no restrictions on his public speech. So why doesn’t he speak? Could it be because he’s semi-illiterate?” Rubinyan said.
