French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that he will not respond to Donald Trump’s remarks. “Trump’s words are neither subtle nor of appropriate level. That is why I will not be answering them,” he said.

“I do not wish to go into detail. We are discussing extremely serious topics; we are talking about war. We are talking about the men and women who are on the battlefield today. Therefore, the expressions you refer to are not worthy of a response,” Macron added.

It is reminded that Trump had stated, “Macron’s wife treats him very badly. He is still recovering from the blow to his jaw.”
