David Minasian Transferred to Hospital, Lawyer Reports

David Minasian lost consciousness before entering the Armavir penitentiary and has been transferred to a hospital. This was reported by lawyer Lusine Martirosyan.

It should be noted that today, David Minasian, an 18-year-old participant in the incident involving Prime Minister Pashinyan at the Surb Anna Church, has been detained for two months.

On March 29, there was an incident at the Surb Anna Church involving Prime Minister Pashinyan, where his bodyguards initially pulled the young man away to clear a path. When the young man insisted that he wanted to stay where he was, a dispute erupted. Later, police forcibly apprehended the young individuals from the church.

A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the incident under Article 297, Part 1 (hooliganism) and Article 452, Part 3 (interference with the lawful professional or political activities of a public official) of the Criminal Code. The arrested individuals included David and Mikael Minasian, who are school students, and public figure Gevorg Gevorgyan.
