Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan announced on his Facebook page that it is natural for accomplices of a Russian oligarch to be caught bribing, as he believes they do not operate any other way.

“What else could the brother of the oligarch learn during the years he was the chief of staff of Serzh Sargsyan, except for the art of bribing? What they say is their way, their way is the way of the Republicans and the Kocharyans: to give bribes and take the right to vote from the people. They have a chronic disgust for the people. It is repulsive to them that the people can decide something,” said Rubinyan.
