Netanyahu on Secret Contacts with Arab Countries

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has revealed that he previously held secret negotiations with leaders of several Arab countries to discuss potential threats posed by Iran. He made these comments in an interview with Amit Segal, a journalist from Channel 12.

According to Netanyahu, Israel is forming partnerships with Arab states that are willing to confront Iran together. He noted that this cooperation is based on common security interests.

The Prime Minister also emphasized that during closed meetings with Arab leaders in the past, he warned them about Iran's possible actions, stating that Tehran could attempt to undermine their governments. He indicated that at that time, the threat was not fully understood.

At the same time, Netanyahu pointed out that the situation has changed now, and those countries are, according to him, more clearly assessing the risks posed by Iran and are ready to cooperate in the field of security.
