Is the National Assembly President Not a Person, Not a Man? Nazaryan's Reaction to the Incident Between Alen Simonyan and a Citizen

I experience great pain that we have reached a point where someone decides they can insult the President of the National Assembly. This was announced by independent MP Gegham Nazaryan, responding to the incident that occurred yesterday between National Assembly President Alen Simonyan and a citizen near the National Assembly building.

“Do you think the President of the National Assembly is not a person, not a man, does not have feelings, does not have dignity? Should you insult him, while he says, 'within the framework of democracy, we will not respond to you'? No, we must respond to you,” wrote the MP.

It is noteworthy that Gegham Nazaryan was formerly a member of the 'Armenia' faction and currently serves as an independent MP.
