If We Had Been Elected in 2021, Artsakh Would Not Have Been Vacated: Robert Kocharyan
“If we had been elected in 2021, Artsakh would definitely not have been vacated,” stated second president Robert Kocharyan during the "Great Politics" podcast, highlighting that, “We would not have signed that foolish statement in Prague, which changed the entire configuration.”
In response to a question about whether there would be a war if they won the elections, Kocharyan replied, “Of course, there will not be.” He also noted that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan talks about a peace agreement that, according to him, does not exist. “This is an interesting manipulation. There is a paper that has no legal force, and they have talked about that paper so much that it has come to be regarded as a document with legal weight,” Kocharyan added.
