According to the Israeli publication Ynet, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has secretly conveyed a message to US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, indicating that the country's Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is willing to negotiate with the American side. According to the same source, Khamenei will support the swift resolution of the issue if Iran's preconditions are met, although the details of these conditions have not been disclosed in the report. Meanwhile, the Iranian Fars agency previously reported that Tehran demands compensation for attacks on facilities near Natanz and the Bushehr nuclear power plant, as well as recognition of 'aggression.'

It is noteworthy that US President Donald Trump recently announced effective communications with Iranian representatives, after which a five-day pause was established on attacks against the country's energy infrastructure.
