Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that the actions of the United States and Israel against Iran represent one of the most serious crises in the region in recent years. This was reported by the APA news agency.

“Missiles are flying around us, the war continues beyond our borders, and the region is experiencing its most serious crisis in recent years. Our task is to keep our country away from the fires of the surrounding war. Through diplomatic communication, we are seeking ways to halt wars in our region,” he stated.

The Turkish President emphasized that Ankara aims to maintain a neutral position and to stay away from military conflicts. He added that active diplomatic communications with various parties are ongoing for this purpose.
