Ter-Petrosyan Speaks About Capital Renovation of the Country

“Based on my intuition, in the upcoming elections, if the opposition wins, there will indeed be a capital renovation in our country,” stated Armenia's first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan in a message addressed to the participants of the Armenian National Congress's 5th congress. The text was read during the congress by party board member Avetis Avagyan.

He wished success to the congress participants and expressed hope for effective work to achieve desired results in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

“I sincerely welcome all participants of the Armenian National Congress's 5th congress, wishing success and effective work in anticipation of achieving the desired results in the upcoming parliamentary elections. I also appreciate your efforts in forming coalitions,” the president's message read, which was presented by party board member Avetis Avagyan during the congress.
