Four Properties and Cash to Be Seized from Former Police Chief Valeri Osipyan

The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted a new petition from the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding the seizure of property of illegal origin. The Property Seizure Division of the Prosecutor General's Office has submitted a demand to the court to confiscate from former Chief of Police Valeri Osipyan and a related party on behalf of the Republic of Armenia:
- Three immovable properties located in Yerevan, two of which are in the Kentron administrative district (the cadastral value of which is approximately 125 million 580 thousand drams).
- One movable property.
- 48 million drams as the remainder of illegal cash assets.
- 8 million drams, which cannot be substantiated by the individual's legal income, has illegal origin, and has either been transferred to a bona fide purchaser or cannot be identified for seizure.
