The Measure of Restraint for Hovhannes Tamamyan is Known

The measure of restraint applied to Hovhannes Tamamyan is a prohibition on leaving the country. This was reported to Auroranews by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

It is worth noting that according to the factual data obtained during the criminal proceedings conducted by the Division for the Investigation of Particularly Grave Crimes of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, it has been established that H.T., the first deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Police of Armenia, without any justification, commanded police officers in the early morning of March 1, 2008, to beat E.A., a participant in the rally taking place at Freedom Square in Yerevan, and to transfer him to the Main Department of the Police for the Fight Against Organized Crime.
