Large Explosion in Moscow: Casualties Reported

An explosion occurred near the Savёlovsky railway station in Moscow around midnight, resulting in the death of a police officer and the suspected attacker.

An unidentified man approached a police vehicle where officers were present. Preliminary reports indicate that an unknown device he carried detonated in close proximity to the vehicle, leading to the immediate death of the suspected attacker.
