Lilit A.
The Slovak government will suspend electricity supplies to Ukraine starting February 23, if Kyiv does not resume oil transit through the Druzhba pipeline. This was announced by Prime Minister Robert Fico, as reported by TASS.
“Slovakia is a proud and sovereign country, and I am a proud and sovereign Slovak. If oil supplies are not restored on Monday, I will ask SEPS to halt electricity supplies to Ukraine,” Fico wrote on his Facebook page.
