Road Closures and Black Ice Reports

As of 9:00 AM on February 20, all inter-state and national roads in Armenia are open. Authorities responsible for road maintenance continue to clear the roads and treat them with salt and sand.

The road from the Vayk intersection to Gorayk, as well as the Aghdavan mountain pass, are closed for vehicles with trailers.

In the regions of Chmbarak, Sevan, Sisian, Goris, and Ashotik, there are reports of black ice in some areas. We urge drivers to remain vigilant, strictly adhere to traffic rules, and travel exclusively with winter tires.
