Poland Will Not Participate in Trump's Initiated 'Peace Council', Tusk
Poland does not plan to participate in the 'Peace Council' initiated by US President Donald Trump. This was announced by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
According to him, if a Polish representative visits Washington, it will only be in an observer capacity. Tusk emphasized that Poland does not intend to send its troops to the Gaza Strip.
"We have our own security issues, and it is well known what direction the Polish army is focused on," the Prime Minister noted.
Tusk also stated that Warsaw is not interested in co-financing development projects in Gaza. He asserted that state funds should be directed towards investments in Polish cities.
The Prime Minister's statement came against the backdrop of discussions on regional security and international initiatives.
