Criminal Proceedings Initiated in Connection with Ajapnyak Shooting Incident

Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the shooting incident in Ajapnyak, under the articles pertaining to murder, attempted murder, and illegal possession of firearms. This was reported by the Investigative Committee.

It has been noted that in response to the incident in the Ajapnyak administrative district, a criminal case has been opened at the Yerevan Investigative Department, invoking Articles 44-155 (2) clauses 7 and 8 (attempted murder), Article 155 (murder), Article 297 (3) (hooliganism), and Article 335 (1) (illegal circulation of firearms, their main components, ammunition, and other materials, devices, or objects) of the Criminal Code. Urgent investigative actions are being carried out.
