First Day of Geneva Negotiations Concludes: Details

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umierov, announced that the Ukrainian, American, and Russian delegations have concluded the first day of negotiations in Geneva.

After a joint session, work continued in groups, focusing on specific sectors. The discussions centered on practical issues and possible mechanisms for solutions.

Both political and military blocs finished their work today, and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council also promised to report the outcomes of the first day of negotiations to President Zelensky.

Tripartite negotiations between the delegations of Russia, Ukraine, and the United States are scheduled to continue on Wednesday.
