Khabib Nurmagomedov Moves to UAE: Experts Estimate His Annual Income at $46 Million

The former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has relocated to the UAE. This was reported by Mash, citing registration records and its own sources.

According to the publication, in 2025 Khabib completely terminated his individual entrepreneur status in Russia, settled all tax debts, and gradually withdrew from several projects taking place in his homeland. Now, his main focus is on the rapidly developing business in the United Arab Emirates.

His primary assets include a network of fitness clubs, which generates up to $6 million in net profit annually from franchise fees alone. Experts estimate Khabib's total annual income from his businesses in the UAE to be approximately $46 million. This is significantly more than all his Russian assets combined in recent years.
