I will not allow the Catholicosate to be taken out of Armenia: This was stated by Nikol Pashinyan.

“The initiative to convene a Bishop’s Assembly outside of Armenia is aimed at removing the Armenian Apostolic Church's Catholicosate from the Republic of Armenia, strengthening the circumstances of a puppet Catholicosate in the hands of certain forces, and using it as a tool against the Republic of Armenia,” Pashinyan noted.
