Complaints About Electricity Bills: Romanos Petrosyan's Response

Auroranews.am has received numerous complaints from listeners who note that their electricity bill for January is higher compared to December. They claim that they have not used such a high volume of electricity and are perplexed about how to make their payments.

Auroranews.am spoke with Romanos Petrosyan, the temporary manager of the Electricity Distribution Network. According to him, many targeted checks have been carried out regarding these complaints, and in all cases, the citizens acknowledged that their consumption was indeed higher compared to both the previous month and the same period last year.

He pointed out that citizens can send a letter to the Electricity Distribution Network, providing their address and subscriber card details, including an email address at [email protected].
