USA to Allocate $13 Billion to Armenia to Reduce Dependence on Russia: Bloomberg
During his visit to Yerevan, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance signed an agreement on cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy valued at up to $9 billion. An additional $4 billion is earmarked for the expansion of an artificial intelligence project involving Nvidia.
This was reported by Bloomberg, which notes that the total investment could amount to nearly half of the country's annual GDP.
According to Bloomberg, the funds will be used for energy, infrastructure, and economic development to diminish Moscow's influence and strengthen the country's orientation towards the West.
Earlier, it was reported that U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance arrived in Armenia on an official visit.
