Russia Interested in Sovereign and Strong Armenia, Says Kopirkin

Russia is interested in the existence of a sovereign and strong Armenia. This was stated by Sergey Kopirkin, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia.

According to the ambassador, the friendship between the Armenian and Russian peoples has developed over the centuries and has been passed down from generation to generation. He noted that these relations have been forged through joint victories and creative work.

Kopirkin also emphasized that the ties between the two peoples have been strengthened through close human interactions, which has served as a basis for the development of mutual trust. The Russian ambassador reaffirmed that strengthening bilateral relations remains an important direction.
