Iran Accuses Israel of Exploiting Epstein Case for Its Own Objectives

The official representative of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Baghaei, has stated that the case of American financier Jeffrey Epstein could be part of a "long-term project" aimed at advancing Israeli political objectives. According to him, the incident should be viewed not only as a separate criminal case but in a broader context.

Baghaei emphasized that the facts revealed in the Epstein case constitute what he considers a "humanitarian and civilizational disaster" and can be perceived as a crime against humanity. He noted that such phenomena cause serious harm to the values and trust of the international community.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry representative also drew attention to the fact that various sources have reported multiple times that certain states may exploit similar cases and information campaigns for political purposes. According to him, such information raises suspicions that these processes might be organized in nature.

At the same time, Baghaei did not provide specific evidence to support his statements, highlighting that the issue requires comprehensive and international-level discussion.
